Chicago Athletic Association hotel sells the most Schlitz out of any establishment in Chicago. Why, you ask? Because it's delicious, we all know that. What many may not know, however, is the rich history behind the beloved beer.  

The Chicago Brewseum’s Liz Garibay hosts a conversation with John Eastberg, Executive Director of the Pabst Mansion, to discuss the Schlitz story. The duo will delve into its history, its impact on culture in Chicago and beyond, and its presence in the Chicago Brewseum's exhibition, Brewing Up Chicago, at the Field Museum.
