Indeed, a unique spirit it is - what exactly is it?!  But while many disagree on whether it’s a liquor we actually enjoy, we can all certainly agree that it has become one heck of a cultural phenomenon, a rite of passage, and a beverage full of history with important ties to place and community.

Join us for a very special happy hour conversation with Brewseum Executive Director Liz Garibay and Tremaine Atkinson, CEO and co-founder of CH Distillery (the makers of the spirit) to discuss the history, culture and wonder that is Malört, aka, the champagne of pain.  The discussion will include a group Malört O’Clock shot at 9pm so be sure to get your Malört and faces ready.
